Gaposa bakery has begun commercial operation with state-of-the-art equipment.
The Director of Gaposa Consult, Mr. Afolabi Micheal, while welcoming the Rector of the Polytechnic, Dr. Sanni Kehinde Oseni said the Bakery started its first commercial production on October 16th, 2023.
He further stated that the Bakery hosts 25kg capacity for a batch of production.
The Rector while expressing optimism in his remark reassured the Polytechnic community that all efforts would be in place to expand production capacity of the bakery and that different sizes of bread will be made available for purchase to all and sundry in his own tenure.
